- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.
- Information you send us: for example your email address and message when you contact us.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data.
2. How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve the website and app.
- To measure audience and performance.
- To show advertising, which may be personalised where you have consented.
- To answer your messages and requests.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
We rely on your consent for non-essential cookies and personalised advertising, on our legitimate interests to run and secure the service, and on legal obligations where applicable.
4. Third parties
We may work with service providers such as hosting companies, content delivery networks, analytics providers (for example Google Analytics) and advertising partners (for example Google AdSense). These providers may set cookies and process data under their own privacy policies. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites; you can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.
Team and competition logos are loaded from our sports data provider’s image servers, which receive your IP address when the images load.
5. Data retention
Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact our contact form. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption and reasonable technical measures to protect information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
